Is it just me, or is anyone else getting fed up with this government and all the do good hangers on that continuously keep changing things for my good. which in the end costs me more money and restricts the things I can do.

Imagine getting a criminal record for not closing your bin lid... and stealth taxes 8 per cent on your motor insurance.... you'd think they want people to be insured not making it more costly .
and the best one yet British utilities.... the Water provider ... two years ago I paid £900 just for the privilege of letting the rainwater fall onto my premises and then to clear a way through a drain,. last year and this year they have increased it to £2,300 a year.... I have asked them why they are billing me... I have told them it is not my water.... its God's.. so they should be billing the Church.... I now have a new contract person who is based in some faraway country....... and his name is Mr Angel.....

I don't think there will be a 'this government' in 2 years.

I'm quite confident, like they're London Mayoral candidate, it'll be over for the Labour party in 2009 / 10.

I often watch and compare their Ministers with men who would be more suited to running a working mens club in Bradford opposed to a country.

Oh and btw, before you claim you can vote them out, think again? The system has no mechanism to deliver democracy. You get a vote alright but that’s it, then all you get is more of the same - responsible to the will of the people, you must be having a laugh.

I would not claim you could vote them out, and I think the voting procedure in this country is a fix. we are basically given the choice of the best of a bad bunch.

Thats bollox. Any person over 21 with enough support, I don't know the exact number of people, can stand for parliament and that includes you. If you are not satisfied with the selection of candidates available, put your own candidate up.
