I noticed last night that they have changed the notices on the short stay at Birmingham International to incorporate the governments new rules on using cctv to issue tickets and that no one is using it any more as a "sneaky" free car park

I could not see though how that is possible as none of the cctv cameras are trained on the short stay

has anyone been caught out and got a ticket there ? last summer it was always packed with taxis avoiding the higher parking charges at the airport car parks !
