any York drivers know what going on with Rail Company, National Express, upping York Stn Taxis office rental payment to the tune of 20 odd thousand pounds per year on top of what they are paying now??? maybe that why a couple of York Stn Taxi shareholders have sold up |

As you well know station taxis make it up as they go along moving the goal posts daily so this may be just a rumour in an attempt to increase the cost of permits next year, I see one of the new issued plates is already in there after he was allowed to transfer a non transferrable permit, is this because of who he is? I also hear del boy is taking them to court because he has been refused permits for his other cars looks like things could become interesting |

thats because he transferrred/sold his old cab "the e7 to a driver, who in stn taxis eyes is not "fit and proper" to hold a stn permit, so the permit was swopped over to his new cab |
