Taxi Drivers from Eastern Europe
Alexnet Com offers a wide range of training and drivers supply services to Taxi operators in the United Kingdom.Currently a large number of taxi operators are experiencing problems in recruiting and retaining new taxi drivers particularly to drive evening and night shifts, which is where a significant amount of customer demand exists. There is also a dearth of young people coming into the industry; one of the reasons here is the lack of experience and also the minimum age requirements for Licensing Authorities and insurance companies. For some the idea of being a taxi driver is the last resort job rather than a first choice profession. Being a taxi driver brings the opportunity to meet the public, provide an invaluable service and is very enjoyable. Additionally by being self employed it gives you the choice and freedom from constraints that many other jobs have. Many taxi operators who cannot meet their current demand are looking to other EU countries, (particularly Romania and other Eastern European countries) to recruit drivers to work in the UK.On the face of it this is simple but where do you start, how do ensure the highest caliber of staff, correct driving and language skills and also protect your investment. There are concerns; as has happened in other industries about exploitation, lower pay structures, and not looking after the needs of the migrant worker. However, one of the overriding successes for all parties involved is that this is not the case for taxi drivers; they are treated exactly the same as any other driver and are able to benefit from excellent opportunities, exemplary training and a well defined support infrastructure.
To date a number of taxi operators in Swindon,Poole,Crawley ,Norwich and Bath have increased their fleets using this risk and hassle free method of staff recruitment and many more are in the pipeline. Price is east-european £450-£650/driver. For a breakdown of the costs involved please contact us. It is important to note that all applicants will contribute to costs with a reasonable weekly contribution over an agreed period of months . We guarantee that should they leave at anytime in the first three months (your choice or theirs) we will replace them at no additional cost.

The advantage of working with East-European drivers ist hat they are trained, smart, disciplined, humble and financially-motivated to work 10 to 12 hours a day, including week-ends and legal holidays.
We have its own staff in ROMANIA who train driver candidates for the UK. Does not recruit European drivers with any convictions for driving offences. All European candidates undergo a country of origin Criminal Record Check as a matter of course. We does not train or supply any European driver that has any blemish on their Criminal history. Romanian drivers are trained on the continent in the knowledge of the city or town they intend to work in the UK.They must also be able to speak communicable English along with being able to write in English. Most if not all of our romanian recruits have been educated to a high standard with many holding academic degrees. The UK is attractive to recruits because of the high earning potential. None of the candidates supplied can be described as work shy. Their culture makes them good recruits as they excel in the workplace and are committed to the taxi company they join. As the European standard of driving is well below that of the UK the main area of training for English taxi businesses to focus on is to improve their driving ability.
Reference for our services is avalable.

Are your drivers criminally checked from their date of birth?

And would it be fair to say that Romania is the most corrupt country in the EU?

I don't think that's fair to say at all.

My girl friend is from Romania and I love the country. There's sharks in Ro but there's also sharks in london.

Most of the people I meet on my travels in Eastern Europe are very friendly, polite and well mannered. I'd love to have a few drivers from there in my company.

The last British person I interviewed for a job wanted to be paid cash in hand so he could carry on cheating the dole (ie thieving from my tax contributions)

At least drivers from eastern europe aren't entilled to rip off the system

Is that a no?

Cos the 'Transparency International report' says otherwise. :?

My point is how can any employer trust any criminal checks from the most corrupt country in the EU? :?

We have too many home grown drivers without having to import drivers wanting to work 84 hours a week.
Would be very stupid to bring drivers from overseas and then have to pay dole money to the locals.

That's because all the low life from over there have settled here already. Perhaps we should all migrate over there and leave the Gypsy's to pillage Britain?

You're not that tall? Besides, you'd have to get your wallet out if you went up to the bar. :D
