Trigot, Is it true that one of the Glasgow companies are moving into Dundee. This has been a rumour for the past few weeks. Supposed to be in cahoots with a Dundee Private Hire company. Nosey Parker |

i doubt it 203020 only have about 40 mercs and maybe 12 individual operators ,also all the gossip about them applying for 40 wavs at next thursdays meeting is also wrong i wish people would phone lisencing and ask before deciding to spread the gossip they here from their rank mates.... |

But we are only thick taxi-drivers Scot and we ply the ranks,cos we cannot work computers. Also we have plenty of time on our hands,as things are quiet since you new lads came on as WAV operators!!!!!!!!!. Money has dropped on day shift to £100 per day 9am till 6pm. That is on a bad day after fuel. 
Have to work 5 1/2 day week now. 
How much are you paying in fees.

im not sure about that but what i can say is that any company moving into glasgow will need to have very very deep pockets indeed. The two biggest ph firms in glasgow,if its privates you referring to, are glasgow private hire and network,,between them they have about 2000 cars,,so maybe a ``takeover`` as such is just a pipe dream,, |
