had one chase me and stop me (passed me going the other way) cos he thought id been using my mobile

i offered to let him check it for incoming/outgoing calls or texts

had one knock my window when i WAS using my mobile but not moving (he was in spandex on a pushbike)

they have quotas after all, just like all of us
