We have just heard a rumour but can't confirm.
Vitto to be available in London for the Hackney trade without rear steering saving £4,000. Has anyone else heard this.
Apparently the PCO are to drop the turning circle.
This could open the flood gate to other suppliers?
I know what you're all thinking, Who cares?
But it will affect the London cab trade if we all start driving round in the same vehicles as mini cabs.

Would appreciate if anyone has a link to any statement.

That'll put London in the same boat as the rest of the Country and you have my sympathy for one. Although I dont think some of the others on here have the same view as myself.

GBC will be pleased, he will be able to get his E7 now

I've been interested in the E7 for a while, but given that I've just bought an 05 reg, the TX shape will be around on my front drive for a few years yet.

I do welcome the competition though, as long as Doblo's don't get passed.

Interesting to know how these Vitos will cope with the rank at Euston and setting down at The Savoy (when it reopens).
It's okay for the occasional Vito having problems turning, but when they become substantial in number,it will cause congestion.

What is the problem at the Savoy? I have been there a few times in my stretched limos.
