can't get online

Post subject:  can't get online
When I am at home I am automatically logged on, however when I am on holiday and using a strange computer, I am not, also I cannot remember my pass word, and the e mail address used to get the original is no longer in use so Alex cannot send me a reminder what am I to do.

Why not send Alex a PM and ask him for a new password? :?
