The section should be called 'NEW CAB ACT SECTION'

You might think it a bit light or frivolous to have a new section just for this subject alone, but think about it!!

1. The Law Commission seems to have taken this on board now and that will mean vast discussion for the next few years or so.

2. There are many topic for discussion, for instance the already strange mis-conception that the definition of a 'street' as per the TPC 1847 will stay; poppy-cock I say, it will go and that may create problems for some!!

3. By having a new section, individual points for the new legislation could be discussed in fine detail.

4. By forming a new section just for this subject, TDO will, I'm quite sure, have some input into the new draft legislation as the Forum is read by many throughout the land.

I would like to strongly second the proposition.

There will be many and varied opinions on this subject, and, after much discussion there will never be consensus - but the important thing is that the discussion must be had.

Can the existing threads be transferred into it? There are already several and it would keep things tidier and easier to cross-refer.

Another reason for a seperate section on this subject.

Another good reason to have a seperate section is that I can wait until its almost done with and then just look at the last couple of posts in 5 years time... :D

Where would you put it, what would it replace, or do you want endless sections? :-k

I think having a Scottish section is racist, we should have an English section as well. :P

This section would keep all the items on the New Cab Act together.
