Just a thought.......Would it be possible/legal to download to the forum the Monthly edition of PHM each month?

I am thinking that if it is possible, then a section might specifically be created to act as some sort of point of reference for members of the forum.

I was looking at the tariff league tables in-particular. Just thinking as they have printed issues going back to 2008, that it might be useful for all of us to be able to keep up to speed by being able to pull it up, before it gets deleted from PHM.
