Usergroups Section; Why Is It Not in Use?

Post subject:  Usergroups Section; Why Is It Not in Use?
With the formal & ceremonious recent opening of the Scottish Section on the forum, with all its pomp & circumstance & bagpipe playing, would it not be an idea to open the Usergroups Section for regional or other sectional use?

I'm not really sure it would be used, and not really sure TDO is a big enough forum to start splitting up into user groups.

But one day maybe. 8-[
