Because the issue isn't them coming in and out, but taking work when they are in.

But what if its standing innocently and waiting for a radio hire?

if the vehicle is not made available for hire within the district;

A hire is a hire, be it radio or path.

I know that.....but doesnt this section give cover for vehicles licensed in another area entering a different area with or for a fare?

Yes but it doesn't relate to how they got their booking, just that they are free to drive once they gain that booking.

Does it?....then why would it state; if the vehicle is not made available for hire within the district?

But the section starts with a negative, so it's a negative negative. :?

I hope the judgment goes along these lines.

Newcastle council I find this case against you for the following reasons.
1 As you will not lift the number restrictions you only have yourselves to blame
2 you overcharge for licences
3 you will with imediant affect lift restrictions on numbers and reduce your licence fee to that of Berwick, but you will bring in quality controls
4 I have never seen such a bunch of ill informed idiots in my court and I am imposing a fine of a zillion squid to be paid out of the excess licence fee's you have over charged the taxi owners :D

Well one can dream :lol: :lol:
