So the DDA works for one , and not the other being the driver who is also disabled

Not physically fit enough to do the job.......incidentally I dont think the chap will be playing at the world cup.....and for that matter neither will I.....life sucks.

Could the council be held responsible under the DDA for refusing a disabled person the right to work????

Obviously not skippy.....although there's not a court in the land wouldnt give you a license on mental grounds :lol:

What a farce.

This leaves us in the position where a driver who isn't fit to do wheelchairs has to buy a wheelchair access motor that will never see a wheelchair, while others who are perfectly fit and able to do wheelchairs can continue licensing saloons.

I suppose it must make sense to someone :roll:

WTF you on about Charles.....I wasnt arguing I was offering an alternative point of view, one that isnt apparently shared by all those that really matter.....unfortunately the judge seemed to decide the was I saw it. :wink:
