Is it just me or does it appear the NPHA, GMB & Lord Button all took a defeat in this?

I'll give my opinion if I ever get to the end of the flamin' thing :lol:

It appears to me that they used the wrong arguement so the judge had no alternative. So I guess you're right :D

Not sure about the NPHA or Button, but the GMB man was right, at that moment in time insufficient consultation was apparent.

Which is why considerable more consultation took place in the following year.

If thats the case and consultation rook place, then why take the council to court citing no consultation?
