Thank you Alex for adding this section, I think JD would approve.

I foresee a couple of problems.

Should we add links to the British and Irish Legal Information Institute website for the courtcases and perhaps add a little at the begining to what they actually mean?

Or should we just leave it for the viewers to decide?

Can the originator of a topic lock it?

Already, this section has two threads running with comments being added. Do we want debate here or elsewhere leaving 'unadulterated' court transcripts on here?

I think the cases should be posted here, and debated via a link to the legal section.

Most of the judgements JD posted include a very brief outline from JD. They could be locked but someone might want to ask a question relating to that judgement. So maybe we should leave things as they are.

I have moved about a third of the judgements we have on TDO, but if I've missed one then just remind me and I will move it here.

Good job.......I think if repost and maybe admin will remove if reposted, otherwise members should add to it at their leisure or when legal questions are asked in the other legal thread?

Dont want to be a pain......but is the scots law cases really necessary?

Well the 1976 act is a sticky - so if you need to refer to it whilst away from your home, office or internet cafe you can access via TDO.

Now for us in Plymouth, we can do the same.

Many times I have needed to consult the exact wording but have not had it to hand.

I did not make it a sticky - I did ask Alex to do so - thankfully he did.

If the Plymouth Act is of no interest to you - ignore it.

Maybe you might want to compare the 1976 with the prototype at some time - you now have it.

Enjoy or ignore. Your choice.
