Actually, reading back to the OP, the dancer was fired in 2008, yet she was claiming against Stringfellows Restaurant (2012) Ltd. Surely there must have been some sort of TUPE obligation for the 2012 company to take over the case from the original "employer"/restaurant proprietor or am I missing something? No-one would start a business in 2008 and call it *Anyname* (2102) Ltd.

The Term "House Mother" has an almost sinister and dark ring to it....It sounds Like a Brothel owner or something from Pulp Fiction.. :shock:
