'Seagulling' is a term used on here to describe illegal plying for hire by PH - is that just used in Edinburgh or is it more widespread?

Pirating
Seagulling
Plimping
Touting
Flagging
Theiving


And a few more I can't think of right now.

I dont think we can blame seagulls for this one....the HC trade needs to look seriously at those representing it.

This should read, the HC trade needs to look seriously at those PURPORTING to represent it.
