I don't think so, first there is the consultation - which could see changes. Then the House of Commons, which could see changes, then the House of Lords........

If I'm wrong I will be more than happy to say so.

But these people don't spend all the time they have so far, and I'm reliably informed a lot of time has been spent, on producing something that will be changed to any degree other than very small. If at all.

My view is that the Law Commission, the DfT, the Licensing Officer's Associations and the Ministers will all be singing from the same hymn-sheet.

Only time will tell.

It'll still be a Curates egg.

Maybe we should have a TDO Lottery and Euro Millions syndicate, those numbers might come good one day and we'll can all retire to a special TDO retirement home....Imagine that..A place of unity and harmony for the ageing professional Driver. :?

I dont wanna be anyplace where Gus and Stationtone are pushing themselves around shouting freedom, where Jasbar is on about unfetterred access to the toilet and Dusty is on about cartels operating the meals service....and lets not forget skippy writing letters to the paper.
