The authour of it needs to spend a bit more time on the presentation and explain the star system to contributors. I like the idea of getting driver's views, but this is a 2 out of 10 effort. Which is a shame.

They have posted this webpage online and are urging their members or affiliates to respond to the proposals and questions from the Law Commission in the set manner as per the webpage with some of the answers already filled in. I would guess that 'George Amber' is just a pseudonym. Just look at some of their suggested or recommended answers. They sound like a real renegade mob!! |
