I thought this cab act was to simplify things not ad more confusion, the length of the consultation is already longer than the 19 canteen act
Why can't they just say cabs can do this and PH can do that end of

I know its only a consultation at this time, but its bloody longer than then encyclopedia britannica all 28 volumes :sad:

But Skips In Scotland where as the Consultation is only targeted at England and Wales.

Yes but who is to say that the resulting legislation won't be adopted by the scottish parliament ?

Nah c'mon you do him a disservice after 20 minutes they will be confused after 40 minutes totally baffled and bewildered and after 60 minutes need treatment for shock !
