Well, as sussex says, and I agree, the LC approach appears to be everything working in harmony - the training they state has an impact with their points towards disability awareness and our brand new kung fu course.........they are now saying theres a high risk of us having to pay for it.........of course we could perhaps go in house like addision lee do, because I am quite sure there training courses have nothing to do with getting a$$es in saddles.

Usually funding ceases once the training becomes mandatory
