Well they might be going around the Country but I doubt if the take a great deal of notice of anything, I just wonder why they are bothering if all they can do is make cobblered up New Laws, when there is nowt wrong with what we got at the moment, its only people who cannot get their own way that want the changes, modern technology whats that about, times change things get amended whats wrong with that, amend the present Laws not change them all because certain parts of the trade think they will be better off.
