How do you put a tachograph on the electricians/plumbers/joiners who have all done a fifty hour week and then want to drive a cab all weekend....... when do these part timers become dangerously tired

By allowing them to drive for 9 hours in any one shift.

If they're taxi driving it may explain why you can't get one when you want one

From meeting with L.Comm with RMT London Branch and Telephone call, advised that the L.Comm are setting up a Focus Group of Solicitors/Barristers to obtain a definition of plying for hire and other items. Suggest other trade unions/ organisations get their nose in otherwise it will be full of Government dept's lawyers and others who feed off us.

It concerns me that the LC are going to rock the Taxi/PH boat to the Point of Capsizing it, and There,s not going to be enough Lifeboats to go around.

Makes me think that the LC are just another government tool to get folk out of smaller vehicles and on to Bigger, Greener, Subsidized and currently trendy Buses
