Speaking to a Bristol hack today. He was not origianlly happy about the compulsory Bristol Blue for hacks. Now changed his mind. It appears the PH there are suffering cos there illegal plying for hire activities have been reduced because Taxis are now thought of as blue only.

Perhaps there should be a national colour for hackneys. Day glo pink maybe?
