No we won't we will end up with PH having far fewer restrictions on where they can operate and hackneys in limbo as the likes of Virgin,Tescos etc. move into the PH trade cornering the market with their strong brands
Personally i am very dissapointed that we are still going to have this ridiculous patchwork of deregulated/non deregulated I personally think it should not be a choice for local authorities but either all regulated or all deregulated
