The LC have announced that they now think wedding/funeral cars should keep their exemptions and LA's should still be able to restrict HC numbers....or not

and the 2 tier HC/PH system should continue

so.......................whats the point of the LC?

i think thanks to capt they have had crash course on reality an now know more about what they are dealing with

one of our lo's was talk yesterday an they no want LC rules they want as sticker say keep it local it was very interesting off the record chat if i say so myself

So basically we will end up with what we already have...

how many millions has this LC cost?

It hasn't cost millions - the agreed fee was £330,000

Both points the LC have got wrong IMO, but the second point the gov might take over and implement what the gov want, not what the LC bottled.
