Why are the likes of the GMB, Unite and all the other end of the world merchants not lobbying to change the rules in London which broadly mirror those clauses?

the suzy lamplugh trust are I think - will find out at the NTA conference.

in so far as I am aware, the UNITE union said at a MOM leave London alone.
