Is your post suggesting I should use the correct full name for that part of the UK or pointing out they are two separate parts, with different taxi and PH legislation?

just pointing out that the deregulation act is not just for England, or does wales not count to you?

No - the majority and by that I mean 99% of posts in the Scottish section were about events that happened north of the border and nothing to do with differences in law - if you want a Scottish tdo - by all means start one.

Can't dispute the content of 99% of posts that no longer exist. :-k

Can't reference the alleged 1%, the wonderful helpful advice relevant to Caledonias taxi trade that many such as the late Gusmac gave freely.
