as pointless as asking for a straight answer - perhaps you can assist?

what advice has the government given to those councils expected to implement the deregulation bill?

He only asked Labour Party members and supporters you mug

No doubt he will be got to ask CC's question by the RMT or UNITE in the future should they wish it ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,or of course by CC who voted in the leaders election and can now request JC's intervention ....................should he get little response i will volunteer my assistance in contacting JC :D CC and I occasionally agree on issues and seeing he's now a comrade why wouldn't i assist :?:

The provisions of the Deregulation Act 2015 (the “Act”) and The Assured Shorthold Tenancy Notices and Prescribed Requirements (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/1725) (“Regulations”) effectively introduced new requirements for serving a valid Section 21 notice.
