Why have the Scottish Borders Council got figures from London in their document?

Does this answer you question CC, response from MR Roland

Oh oh oh!!! you could not be so wrong!!! the London parameter is not based on London prices but based on the cost of running the taxi WHERE IT IS RUN ( phone me tomorrow or e-mail me after lunch and I will send you the 1981 formula.

The more important thing is that VOSA have acknowledged that Mr Roland knows what he is doing and can assist.

If we now have one bloke who will do the work...... then that is BRILLLIANT coz every time you want a rise you contact me first to tell me what you want.....then I work it out for you......then you apply..............then he contacts me.......then i work on and supply the figures to support your application so THE TRADE RULES KO!!!!!

we need to work on this but it is a major break through and could work all over Scotland IF WE PLAY THE CARDS CORRECTLY!!!!!!!!
