I wonder why the owners have not stood up to the council it must cost a bit to get the bonnet and boot resprayed and it will devalue a new cab by over 70% strait away, mind you they wont need immobilisers as no body would nick one

No, but some have appeared with a London plate on them, without a respray, plus side adverts on them.
