CC would you know if the Veto has to have the rear wheel steering, or just the normal one with top sign

I'm guessing it the rear wheel steer version as approved by the PCO.

Same conditions as London.

I think you will find every other council that applies the cof will fall inline, although Liverpool are extremely reluctant because as far as they are concerned its the shape that matters.
