The metered rate is only applicable within the district..the customer doesnt have to pay and can get in the next cab?

That's my opinion as well but they would like to get home sometime sooner than tomorrow. Lots of people now ring for out of town taxis to come and collect them because of the difficulties they have getting home. Then the Liverpool HC's spit their dummies because the place is crawling with out of town taxis there is no pleasing them

I know what you mean....but you're referring to 'cherrypicking'....I wonder how much cheaper the PH which are being used, are, compared to the Liverpool HC's?

But dont make the mistake of thinking all Liverpool HC's are like the cherrypickers.

If it's PH and it's straight through the pipe and out the other end £12.00 tops unless it's Delta or Seaforth they're cheaper. I know it's cherry picking that's why there was reference earlier in this post to the cherry trees in Liverpool. I know not all HC's do this it's just frustrating to hear about week in and week out. I shouldn't complain because I get a lot of work in Liverpool because of it. :D
