no sympathy for the driver unless the customer was unreasonable-which she was not. Not up to the cab driver to decide wether she goes by bus. The customer is always right! well in this case anyway. Mind you with a WAV to start up & run 1 mile is £4 enough?

I wonder why this got to court......wouldnt a letter of warning have sufficed?
