They usually class those as failing to proceed,believe me had plenty ! Plying for hire is what i thought we were meant to do ?

Some of the plying ones are marked Sefton, so maybe it's plying in the wrong area?

Some are marked with the address 'Liverpool', but that could be the home address and the car plated elsewhere, so why not try a bit of plying close to home :lol:

It is so long as you do it from a rank or you're flagged down whilst moving
