Has this guy really got that many WAVs Skip, Cant say ive seen more than half a dozen going about?

Has any more been said by the SBC on this matter? are they likely to cave in to his demands or will they do the decent thing and let them live or die by the mistakes of their own making?

It would be unfair on every one else if they got preferential treatment after winning the best contracts in error.. eusasmiles.zip

I don't know how it works in that particular area but can't he just give notice on this contract and it may then go out to tender and he can tender a more realistic price.

I dont think it would work like that here, Its untested ground we have here..a new framework system as yet unquestioned, I think the most likely outcome if it were handed back would be that it would be offered to the next ranked operator on the list and so on, if no one wanted these runs at the price they tendered because of the lack of profitability then it would go out to a Mini Competition where a more realistic price would be realised.

That said, the Guy who won the original tender must have thought it profitable enough to accept in the first place...taking that into account along with the fact that they were offered all the juicy runs first and only rejected those runs they didnt want, then I think anyone next on the list who is offered any of these runs will take the councils hand off simply because they entered a price which would give them a tidy wee profit.
