Sin binned grandad. We get it all the time with the asian drivers, all day you hear the operators shouting their numbers asking them where they are and why haven't they picked up yet.

But surely this just means that they won't get work from the office. It doesn't mean that they can't work at all.

Welcome to the world of paye taxi driving.

Being a cabby is about being self employed, being told when to work and when you can't isn't, neither is having to advertise freely on your car and chest, and the cost of this is unrealistic now, perhaps the commission should say......no more than £50pw for a radio, or 20p per confirmed job.

If you can go Indy, I never want to work PH ever again, it's a worm ridden piece of wood imo.

i have same problem every week fae tele's, caws they supply old broken radio set's that never work right, there answer is, if your set is not working, then just pick off the streets.:roll:. every week is a battle to get them to un-block the set again. what office are u with mycab?

nah not teles mate /if they are that bad why dont u go somewere else theres like another 3 offices in dunde u could go to that one called 2***2* lol or are they still going =D>


the real problem in dundee is il say 90% of operators are full of sh*t and two faced really nead a young team now that way they have balls and tell the offices what to do .
