What is that exactly?

Do you mean investors who don't want freeloaders muscling in, or do you mean organised groups who launder drug and sex money in the name of taxing?

There's an easy exposure to this, you have an undercover cabby who takes what he can, and if there is a cabby posting £300 pn when the rest and the spy are posting £60 pn you know you have a wrongun and deal with it pronto.

Scum needs wrinsing off the sink, asap.

No, it's where taxi plates issued for an adminstration fee are selling for £40k or renting for astronomical sums just because the market is closed.

Back to the original Posting: It's November and the butt end of the year.

It's always quiet except, as Bloodnock says, for the Sporting Fraternity.

Why not check with previous years Volumes, seems to me to be similar albeit slightly quieter.
