It is clear that I am not the only victim of Fastblacks, Travis Bickle and others on the site.

Anyone wishing to make representation against any individual involved with any of the above may contact Lothian & Borders Police, quoting the incident details above, and offer such assistance to the Police as they can. I will post the name and collar number of the investigating officer when this comes to hand.

This would ultimately entitle them to take such civil legal action to seek redress and also to make any representations to City of Edinburgh Council in respect of the fitness or otherwise of any individual associated with the incident, or other, to hold any licence provided by the council.

What's more to the point, we'll get to find out who Travis is, and he'll be up before the council? It will be interesting to see what he as to say for himself and of course, Jim will get to face his accuser.

So much for hiding behind a pseudonym if that happens.

That being the case, perhaps some will choose to ignore the official route.

Although I would advise them not to. This is a clear example of using the system for maximum effect.

Well, if they are not scared, then why doesn't Travis and George IV tell us who they are?

Picture the scene, Travis is up before the council, his licence is on the line, with Jim speaking to his complaint.

Does Travis fall, to his knees, begging forgiveness from the council or does he make the matter even worse by trying to justify his allegations?

I think Travis, is bricking it because if he wasn't, there wouldn't be any need for an investigation, he would simply tell everyone who he really is and stand by his allegations.

Oh and if they were so big and brave, they wouldn't be hiding in the first place.

After what Travis has said about those running the Ph business in Edinburgh, I wouldn't be surprised if that was the only thing to disappear.
