After years of being fobbed off as it being a "civil matter" this appeared today on twitter


Taxi Fraud - Falkirk to Whitecross

About 9.40am on Saturday 21 December 2013, three male youths got into a taxi in Randyford Street, Falkirk and asked to be taken to Whitecross. On arrival in Whitecross the youths asked to be taken to the Pheonix pub carpark at which time they all jumped out of the vehicle and ran off without paying for their fare. They were last seen running along the dirt path that leads towards the rear of the primary school.

We are keen to identify the youths involved who are described as follows:

Youth 1 - aged late teens, short brown hair, medium build, wearing a red body warmer and blue jeans.
Youth 2 - aged late teens, slim build with short red hair
Youth 3 - aged late teens, slim build, wearing a deep lilac coloured hooded top

Glasgow cops always treat it as taxi fraud and prosecute. Been to court a few times re this and got my fare + compen. Maybe Scotland is different from rest of UK as we have different legal system.
