Out of town driver experience

CONGRATULATIONS to Albatross Cars on being the county's favourite taxi firm (September 29).

Customer service may be great but it's a pity when we ordered a car from them to take us to the iPro, the driver – coincidentally a non-Derby City Council registered one – got to the Cock Pitt and hadn't a clue where to go next. Local taxis for local people?
