I'm still desperate, yes desperate, to find the section in the DDA that allows deprived areas exemption.
See when you have union officials talking tosh such as this the lads on the street think they are onto a winner, when in fact he is talking his usual utter rubbish and leading them up the garden path.
The situation in Oldham is the same in many other areas, they don't have enough WAVs. And until those councils do something to address that, then they will get problems such as the one encountered by the councillor.
As for the plank, well who is the bigger fool, the lying c*** himself, or the folk that take notice of him? Or perhaps they are as bad as one another.
