Not really a trade thing this, although no doubt the taxi driver is a key witness.

But photo quite interesting. At first glance, very poor quality, but he's obviously a dog walker in a specific neighbourhood, and that combined with the dog probably means he's an easy ID for the right people.

I'd guess it's a doorbell camera image, or similar :?

Police have released an image of a man who may be able to help an investigation into an alleged kidnap in Kingsway, Gloucester.

The man, who was seen walking his dog, is being treated as a potential witness and is not a suspect.

A different man has been charged with kidnap in connection with the incident and a woman has been safeguarded.

It is alleged that on Wednesday 22 November in Lossiemouth Road a man forcefully put a woman into a waiting taxi and assaulted her. The vehicle then left the area and a man was arrested the following day. Those involved are known to each other.

Officers investigating the case have now released an image of a dog walker who was in the area at the time of the incident in a bid to identify him.

Police are keen for him to come forward as he may be able to assist the ongoing investigation.

Anyone who recognises the man pictured is asked to provide information online by completing the following form and quoting incident 275 of 23 November: https://www.gloucestershire.police.uk/t ... se-report/

The man who has been charged has been remanded in custody and is due in court next month.
