Multi Agency Road Safety Operation

Taxi Licensing Enforcement Officers have undertaken another successful multi-agency operation with West Midlands Police and other agencies, to carry out vehicle safety checks in West Bromwich. As part of the operation various vehicles were found that didn’t have any ‘No Smoking’ stickers displayed, one driver was suspended for vehicle damage that requires them to have their vehicle repaired within 21 days.

No Smoking signs are part of the testing regime so it is obvious that the enforcement officers/testers are not upto the job and are misleading the public by congratulating themselves on how good they are.

I used to find that drunks were always trying to peel the signs off the windows so the vehicles probably once had them but they've been removed by punters.
