Typical of Wolverhampton's indirect style here on their Twitter account - wonder what 'productive' means, precisely?
And maybe it's just me, but a hint of gaslighting other authorities here because they couldn't turn up for the operation?
Of course, all very subtle, but sounds like they're trying to take the moral high ground here, and indirectly having a dig at local LOs. But not like Wolves to take the moral high ground

A productive night working with @gmpolice & @BTP on a joint licensing operation in Manchester City Centre covering Shudehill Station, Victoria Station & Piccadilly Station.
Thanks to all involved for helping keep our roads safe.
Other licensing authorities were invited to participate but were unable to attend on this occasion. We continue to actively encourage and support partnership working across all areas we operate in.
