This piece from the News & Star, but the photo of the actual vehicle and fire don't appear on the Cumbria Police appeal on Facebook, so presumably that photo wasn't officially issued by police. Which, obviously, seems to be consistent with normal practice.
Certainly not the best photos for ID purposes, though

Image: Facebook/News & StarCUMBRIA Police are seeking support from the public to identify two men as part of an investigation into an arson attack in Carlisle.The incident occurred shortly before 1am on Wednesday, February 4 where a car parked on a driveway at an address on Mardale Road was set on fire.
According to police, the suspects also attempted to set fire to the property.
No one was injured during the incident, police have confirmed.
Detectives are now seeking to identify two men as part of their investigation into the incident.
A Cumbria Police spokespersons said: "Police are seeking support from the public to identify the two men pictured and would like to speak with them as part of the investigation.
"Officers are also appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or anyone with information to come forward.
