GBC, I would say postings by quite a few people on this site are OTT, part of which makes this site interesting. I for one, would be prepared to tolerate a persons off beat beliefs if it helped a greater cause. .

Including the celebration of the IRA murder of Lord Mountbatten?

You must be desperate for representation if thats acceptable.

As the Captain said, Hitler was good at building the German autobahn network, but his interpersonal skills were in need of polishing when it came to killing 7 million innocent people.

What limits do you work to?

Did I say I agreed with any of what you have mentioned? No, what I said was I would TOLERATE some one with OFF BEAT BELIEFS for the greater cause. I think GMB will work wonders for the PH trade, and although I don't agree with everything he has said he is a very good TU worker, like it or not.

I'm aware of that Mr Brighton, thats not what I said.

OK, lets keep it simple, if you had a union rep (and this is'nt you Terry before you start shouting and screaming again) who was a paedophile, would you still think he was acceptable to negotiate on your behalf? :?

At what point would you draw the line?

Im glad we cleared up the mis-understanding.

I can only draw a line on an issue when I have had the time to analyse the issue, reveiw the pros and cons of any decision I make and review evidance of issue.

At this moment in time I would say GMB has made a large impact in Brighton for the PH lads. Im sure he is working hard in other areas of the country as well. This can only improve conditions for the drivers he represents. This is what he does, this I imagine, is what drives him. Keep it up Terry.

Regards
BB
