Perhaps it's worth adding that Captain Cab has said that it's almost wholly taxis in Carlisle, so presumably the taxis there are doing a good bit of phone work as well.

Indeed, doesn't he run a taxi despatch office in Carlisle?

Perhaps if you'd swapped notes at the NTA conference instead of getting leathered then you might have a better understanding of trade dynamics :wink:
