But why have they got the hump?

If the rules didn't apply to new owners, which I find really hard to believe, then they could have just applied a new for themselves.

Or did they just want to get a bit of attention? :?

3 years, bloody hell they must be making loads there, or is it the cab can be no more than 3 years when first licenced???
