A sex-crazed Angelina Jolie lookalike has been handed a suspended jail sentence after a taxi driver claimed she had tried to kill him when he refused to perform a sex act on her for a third time.

Nicolae Stan, 35, told police Luminita Perijoc, 31, had already forced him at knifepoint to have intercourse and perform oral sex during the incident in 2012.

He claims he met Perijoc while he was hired to deliver some bags of shopping to her apartment in the city of Tulcea, in eastern Romania, and when he turned up at the door she had asked for his phone number so that she could engage his services again.

He said several hours later she called and asked him to pick up some bottles of wine and come back to her apartment to deliver them.

When he turned up at the door, she had grabbed him and dragged him inside and demanded sex.

When he refused she pulled out a 10cm knife and forced him to undress, he told the court.

Mr Stan says he only escaped when he managed to barricade himself into a bedroom and dial 999 on his mobile phone.

Police confirmed that they had rescued him from the flat of the half-dressed young woman and that he had been taken to hospital with more than half a dozen stab wounds.

She was initially jailed for five years after a court rejected her claim that she was really the victim.

But an appeal court has now confirmed that the jail sentence be suspended for four years after experts testified that Perijoc's behaviour may have been down to the fact she was on medication at the time.

She had apparently been taking high strength painkillers following an operation.

Mr Stan complained that while she had been let off with a suspended sentence, he had been given a life sentence as his life has been made a misery by friends teasing him.

He said: 'It is terrible. I am now a local celebrity, everyone is talking about me.

'They don't understand why I refused her, but they do not know what it is like to have a mad woman yelling at you at knifepoint.

'They look at her, then look at me and laugh. But I think anyone would find it impossible to perform with a knife at their throat even if they were with Miss Romania.'

The married father-of-three added: 'I think she wasn't used to anyone saying no because she flew into a rage when I declined.

'She took out a knife and forced me to undress and have sex with her.

'But she wasn't satisfied and wanted sex again.

'When I refused she attacked me with a knife, and forced me to have oral sex with her but she still stabbed me,' he added.

Sex-crazed Angelina Jolie Arrested Again After Taxi Drivers Refuse Her A Ride

Romania's sex-crazed Angelina Jolie lookalike has been arrested again - after flipping out in a hotel lobby because none of the taxi drivers wanted to give her a ride.

Stunning Luminita Perijoc, 32, had been given a suspended 4 year jail term after she dragged a taxi driver Nicolae Stan, 35, into her house and forced him to have sex with her at knifepoint. She had also demanded oral sex, and when he failed to perform a third time, she had flown into a temper and reportedly tried to kill him.

The court at the trial heard that the terrified cabbie had locked himself in the bathroom and used his mobile telephone to call police to rescue him during the incident in 2012.

Because of her resemblance to Angelina Jolie, the story made international headlines, but it also made her a household name in Romania. So when the first taxi driver arrived at a four star hotel in Tulcea, a town near the seaside Black Sea resort area, when he spotted her, he put his foot down and sped off.

The hotel, which apologised, called a second taxi, but when he turned up and saw the woman he was expected to carry, he again drove off saying his wife would divorce him. The hotel then got a call from the taxi cab company saying that they had no taxi drivers free.

The news however failed to impress Luminita who was supposed to travel to meet her mother in the nearby village of Cataloi.

A staff member that declined to be named said she had shouted: "These guys are all idiots, do they think I am going to jump on every taxi driver I meet? The first guy was at least 60-years-old and the second one must have weighed 150 kilos."

Fearing that the enraged woman was about to attack them, the hotel staff had called police, who said she now faces a charge of disturbing the peace.

During her first trial the court heard that Perijoc did suffer from a bad temper and struggled sometimes to control her anger, which even her family admitted was sometimes a problem. The court had initially jailed her, but converted it to a suspended sentence on appeal after hearing that she had taken medication that had meant that she lost control on the night of the attack.

Friends told local media that Perijoc is a huge fan of actress Jolie and models herself on the Tomb Raider star, and after the court case had even taken up professional boxing in a bit to get rid of some of her excess energy.
